Jordan Auctioneers successfully sold 104 acres by Public Auction on Monday last. Before a large attendance of about 60 people the entire was offered for sale in several lots before being sold in its entirety for a price of €1,850,000 to a local farming family. There was strong interest in all the lots, but the combined package generated the best price with several active bidders.

The second of our April auction properties is Mill House, one of the best farms to come on the market in Co. Kildare for some time with a farmhouse, old yard and 103 acres of the top-quality land. Mill house is a traditional two storey farmhouse of circa 198 sq.m (2,131 sq.ft). It fronts onto the main road and is in relatively good condition throughout although it would benefit from some upgrading and modernisation. There are two lovely reception rooms to the front of the house with 9ft ceilings and 4 bedrooms which provide ample accommodation.
