Clive is a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer with over two decades of experience in the Irish property market. Educated at Kilkenny College, he holds a BSc (Surv) in Property Economics and a Master’s Degree in Town Planning from University College Dublin. Joining Jordan Auctioneers in 2003, Clive built his career initially as a Commercial Surveyor before becoming a leading specialist in Agricultural Land, Country Estates and Commercial Valuations.

Appointed Director in 2011, he has played a central role in the growth of the firm, developing a substantial client base and a reputation for delivering sound, independent advice at the highest professional standard. Clive has acted in the sale and valuation of some of the most significant and valuable properties across the Leinster region.

Known for his professionalism, integrity, and practical approach, he brings clarity and confidence to every instruction, resulting in long-standing client relationships and consistent repeat business. An Athy native, Clive is married with three sons. Outside of work, his interests include sport of all types and farming, reflecting his strong connection to the land and rural property sector.
